Since NORA was reauthorized in 2014, NORA leadership has worked with Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP) to re-engineer the NORA Technician Certification Program. Details on how to obtain or maintain a NORA Gold, Silver, or Bronze Certification are here. Please take a moment to complete this survey to see how FMA and NORA can best serve your technicians’ needs, whether or not they are currently certified. We would like to know not only the types of training you want, but also the number of employees who would potentially be attending, what location you would be willing to send them to for training, as well as what time of the year you would prefer to have the program offered.
Please note that while New Jersey has instituted a HVACR license and five hours of CEUs to maintain the HVACR license, the NORA certification requirements are more demanding and will make for a better educated and efficient, and therefore more productive and profitable, employee.
